One of the most scintillating song from Faiz Ahmed Faiz and equally well sung by Iqbal Bano. This was sung in defiance of dictator's Gen Zia dictat against wearing sari, Iqbal bano went on with the song creating a charged up atmosphere as you can hear public support to the song.If only this defiance could have won !
